My recent stay at this hotel was beyond our expectation. the check-in and check-out process was efficient and smooth. the staff, from reception to concierge and recreation facilities, were perfect - super cooperative and friendly. They even accepted my request for a late check-out for 3 hours. the location of the hotel is definitely perfect if you need to stay close to downtown or business bay. the metro station is just in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient to move around the city.

One thing that could be improved is the breakfast menu variety. Although the food was tasty, having more options would enhance the overall experience.

Recommend this hotel to others. The staff is superfriendly here, the services are friendly, and location is easy near close to downtown, Dubai and cafe. The units were bright and luxurious with a great view.

The rooms are well-equipped and have panoramic view of the sky scrappers. The services are very good, including a clean pool.

The room had two comfy full beds, and they also offered a wake-up service 🛌, just in case you needed a little help getting out of bed.

Had a truly unforgettable 4-night stay at the Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai. Every staff member I encountered was eager to assist. - the room was top-notch, tastefully decorated, and spacious, equipped with coffee and satellite television. - the beds were impeccably clean.

Luxurious hotel with brand-new rooms and splendid view over the neighbourhoods to the beach. Continental breakfast, tasty food, responsive staff. Easy check-in, late check-out. The pool was clean with a Jacuzzi and umbrellas.

Great views from the Tower. Convenient location near metro. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good WiFi.

Large rooms and spacious bathroom. . Location on the subway super. . . The price difference to the chic hotels is clearly noticeable, but it is completely ok for a few days. Price performance ok.

There are too few elevators, so that at breakfast time, one waits endlessly in front of it. All in all, the room equipment is a bit outdated. But the room layout and space is great.

The diverse international cuisine options at MOne and MTwo daily dining restaurants are worth trying. The quirky touch in each dish suits the modern palate. A selection of meats with Yorkshire pudding is available on weekends. Accessing the hotel for meetings is easy, and the personal safe box in the room provides peace of mind. Lock, Stock & Barrel is perfect for live music and sports. Business travellers can find all their needs met at the Grand Millennium Dubai. a pleasant stay with a mix of convenience and enjoyment. The bed was super comfortable, the size of the room was gigantic, the view fascinating, the buffet very extensive and there was something for everybody, the reception was very friendly, obliging and tried to respond to the individual wishes. The price-performance ratio was very good. We will book this hotel again when we come back to Dubai.

Some things in the room, such as lamps and toilet roll holders could be screwed down tightly.

Room service was a little inattentive, missing towels and small things that make a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was standard.

We had an amazing room with a stunning view, a nice bathtub, and all the amenities we needed. 🌟
